Accounting integration end-user license agreement
Effective September 25, 2026
Provider, customer and software
Optimum Group LLC owns and supplies the QuickBooks Online accounting connector with the supplier-bill and optional receipt/POS workflows described in this agreement. This agreement applies to a customer organization and its authorized users when identified in its written software and IT agreement or integration activation process. It is not a blanket license for every Optimum product. Anthony Ramtulla is the developer contact. A customer’s ownership of its Intuit account does not transfer ownership of the integration. Separate hosted payment-gateway services and unrelated professional services are outside this agreement.
Acceptance and license
An authorized representative must accept these terms before the customer activates or connects the integration. Optimum grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the customer’s authorized staff to use the enabled integration for internal accounting and receipt operations under its written software and IT agreement. Optimum retains software ownership; the customer retains its rights in its records. Do not resell the integration, evade access controls or use it for unauthorized companies. Mandatory legal rights and third-party component licenses remain unaffected.
Functions and current availability
The supplier workflow supports invoice review, supplier lookup or creation, bills and original invoice attachments in QuickBooks Online. Optional extraction and document storage are described in the accounting integration privacy policy. Where enabled, the receipt/POS extension records cash or card payments already approved through a separate terminal, prints itemized receipts and queues QuickBooks SalesReceipt or RefundReceipt records. It does not itself charge or refund a card. Only features separately deployed, authorized and enabled for the customer are available. This agreement is not a launch announcement or proof of transaction or hardware acceptance.
Review and reconciliation
The customer must authorize the correct QuickBooks company and environment, configure item, tax, payment-method and deposit-account mappings, review supplier documents and extracted fields, and reconcile financial records. Supplier attachments and free-text memos must be reviewed for unnecessary sensitive information. Purchase descriptions can reveal medical service information even when a retail customer is anonymous. Do not place patient chart details or card credentials in catalog descriptions. Confirm an uncertain posting or print job before retrying; API acceptance and spool submission do not prove settlement, correct books or physical output.
Payments, refunds and boundaries
Staff must complete real card transactions on the separate terminal. The initial POS extension supports full refund records only after the underlying refund is performed; it does not provide partial refunds or settle existing QuickBooks invoices. Printing does not create a separate charge. This software is a recordkeeping tool, not medical, legal, tax or accounting advice. Other products or planned capabilities are outside this license unless expressly included in the customer’s written agreement.
Intuit and privacy
QuickBooks requires the customer’s own authorized Intuit account and applicable subscription. Intuit’s terms and privacy rules apply to its services. Optimum is an independent supplier and does not claim Intuit endorsement. Connecting authorizes the accounting exchanges described in the accounting integration privacy policy. The customer must have authority to supply the information and must restrict administrator and print-device access appropriately.
Commercial terms and ending access
Fees, support, service levels, duration, warranty, liability and dispute terms are governed by the customer’s written Optimum agreement and applicable law. No new fee, liability cap or governing jurisdiction is imposed here. The customer may revoke the app through Intuit and contact Optimum for local deactivation and credential handling. Revocation does not erase prior QuickBooks entries, supplier attachments or local accounting records. On termination the license ends as agreed; exports, retained records and outstanding obligations must be addressed under the customer arrangement.
